Broccoli

I harvested the last of our broccoli yesterday. It's been pretty warm, and I think it was getting ready to bolt. This is about 4 heads or so... we had a total of about 15 heads.
Now... time to search for some yummy new broccoli recipes. Wonder if I can blanch it and freeze it?
